The Role

The company are seeking a Mitel Voice Applications and Unified Communications specialist, working across multiple product sets, such as MCD, 3300, CCM and MiCollab. The successful candidate will join a team of engineers responsible for installing and maintaining Telephony and Networking Solutions throughout the UK.


The Candidate

The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the communications industry, be familiar with SLAs, be willing to contribute to an on call rota and hold Mitel accreditations.

Whilst evidencing traditional voice experience the ideal candidate will have experience within Contact Centres and Unified Communications (ideally Skype for Business) and working with SIP and VMWare. Networking experience with manufacturers such as HP and Cisco (both traditional and Meraki) would be advantageous.
The candidate should have a positive attitude, take great satisfaction from deploying
applications and be able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer service.

The applicant shall be adaptable and be willing to work with new technologies and products and above all show themselves ready for a challenge.

Ideally the candidate will be Midlands based as there will be a requirement to work from Head Office at least 2 days per week.
