Your new role?
We are currently looking to appoint a confident and commercial Finance Manager to provide accurate and timely information on the financial performance of the business and genuinely support the decision-making process of the leadership team.

We need someone to lead the financial controls for the business on a `hands on` basis, taking primary responsibility for the management reporting, cash flow forecasting, budgeting and analytics. You will also take ownership of all finance related projects (e.g. EMI scheme), accounting systems and relationships with our banking partners, HMRC etc. I`m sure we`ll think of some other things for you to do too.

Flexibility:
The ideal person will be looking for work on a part time basis. We envisage this person will need to work circa 20-25 hours per week. This may increase in time. How the hours are structured is entirely down to you so long as the key deadlines are achieved.

What we are looking for:
Alongside having a demonstrable background working in a similar role we are looking for ambition, drive and confidence. To gel with the leadership team you`ll be energetic, have a positive attitude and a strong commercial focus. Obviously you`ll need a strong attention to detail, a head for systems (Excel is essential, having experience with Xero would be great) and a natural willingness to take on responsibility. Would also be extremely helpful if you like dogs (we have a dog)!

Location:
We`re based in a bunch of converted barns in a tiny hamlet called Strixton. Strixton is roughly 5 miles south of Wellingborough on the A509. Our current staff come from Northampton, Kettering, Bedford, Rushden, Olney and parts of Milton Keynes.
