CRM Manager - London - Permanent - £50,000
A leading financial services company in the City of London are seeking a talented and experienced CRM Marketing professional to join the Marketing team in a crucial role for the business.
Your remit will be to overhaul the CRM Marketing function, working with stakeholders across the business and identifying marketing projects across work multiple channels, including email, DM, targeted display and targeted social. You will maintain a focus on testing, optimisation and analysis and play a key role in the reviewing of platforms. You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and be confident presenting projects, initiatives and results to broad audiences.
You will have considerable, demonstrable experience of delivering large-scale CRM campaigns, with experience in Salesforce preferred. Ideally you will have had implemented CRM platform previously, with a real understanding and experience of the transition process and implementation. You will be highly numerate, analytical and with particularly strong Excel skills.
You will be very comfortable dealing with large sets of data and making recommendations and decisions based on data.
