Oracle HRIS Project Manager ? Birmingham
We are currently looking for a large professional services client with a global presence. You will be leading a multi-disciplinary project team in the management and implementation of a new Cloud based Oracle HR system.
You will be instrumental in bringing together the work of the various business service teams, design team, Project Steer Co and existing supplies and Implementation partners. This will be a challenging project and will require fastidious organisational skills and the ability to problem solve in an engaging and busy environment.
Responsibilities Will include:
·Oversee review and report on the HRIS project plan
·Formulate and agree project governance and design principles
·Meet with project stakeholders to understand, document and convey requirements
·Run workshops to support and define requirements relating to project and work deliverables
·Document any potential risks and publish through project life cycle.
·Prepare and distribute communications relating to project
·Work with internal stakeholders as part of evaluating use of technology in the case for change and transformation. Support development and improvement in end to end business processes
·Work collaboratively with all colleagues throughout all stages of implementation through to user acceptance and benefits realisation
·Manage and communicate change requests and incidents using the BIS CCR process
·Ensure a high quality of data governance, system controls and documentation as per the firm?s policies
·Prepare and monitor the project budget to ensure that costs and benefits are defined, recorded and tracked throughout lifecycle of project
·Manage each deployment into the firm effectively, ensuring continuous improvement with each release.
- Formal project management qualification with a track record of successful HRIS end to end delivery
- A detailed knowledge of Oracle HCM cloud experience is essential
- Proven stakeholder management experience
- Expertise in business change ? driving stakeholder alignment to and adoption of new ways of working.
- Knowledge and understanding of various technologies and their use in a law firm or professional services firm preferable
- Strong interpersonal skills to deal with Stakeholders at a variety of levels
This is a long term 18-24 month contract based in the City Centre of Birmingham and walking distance from New Street Station. Rate Negotiable depending on experience and possibility for flexible working hours for the right candidate.
