A top tier European Head Fund is currently hiring for a ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst. The fund has strong and long standing track record across a diversified Multi-Strategy approach. The fund is looking for an expert in the roll out of ServiceNow across the fund to digitalize and industrialize processes as part of a change programme. The successful incumbent will act as an SME in process improvement, design and development. The implementation of ServiceNow at the fund is only in the very early stages of phase 1 implementation, making it an exciting and enticing time to join the fund and add value on solutions design as well as implementation. By nature of the role, high level stakeholder engagement will form a substantial part of the role working with Partners and dedicated workflow managers from the business providing innovative ideas and support to apply the ServiceNow tool to improve process effectiveness and efficiency. Main Duties of the role will include but not limited to: * Managing the efficient roll out and implementation of ServiceNow to ensure the effective and seamless collaberation of multiple workflows across the fund * Automating different workflows across the fund using ServiceNow working close with Developers * Carry out process digitalization initiatives developing and applying workflows to suitable business processes in partnership with dedicated workflow managers from the business * Technically challenge the design and implementation of ServiceNow through programming (Java script) and working closely with Developers * Develop, govern and educate on workflow design standards for workflow initiatives across the business * Applies analytical / quantitative approach to problem solving; obtains and uses data, and comfortable with statistical concepts * Work collaboratively with team members and process owners to elicit quality requirements and translate these into robust and efficient functional solutions on the platform for improved processes To apply for this role you will ideally have experience in ServiceNow and a proven track record of implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Technical Business Analysis experience twinned with process improvements are also encouraged to apply. Development experience would be desirable including Java Script and experience from outlook integrations, SalesForce and web services with Financial Services.
