Want to be part of an exciting new team whose purpose is to provide intelligent analysis and wisdom to make our clients business perform brilliantly and drive through positive business changes?

They are currently seeking a Reporting and Insight Manager to join their newly formed Business Improvement team based in Rochdale. The purpose of this role is to lead on the use of analytical techniques to get under the drivers of business performance and make intelligent analysis and wisdom available in forms that are easy to access and use.

They are looking for someone to lead on and drive forward the development of their Business Intelligence (BI) reporting suite from which the business will be able to easily access intelligent analysis in order to make informed strategic and operational decisions. You will head up a small team of two BI Developers and one BI Assistant gathering the requirements of the different service areas within their business and turning these into reports and actionable insight which lead to improvements in the way they deliver services.

They are looking for someone who has technical skills in the fields of data warehousing, reporting and analytics (SSIS/SSAS/SSRS) but most importantly they want someone who is able to work with colleagues across the business to deliver something which meets their needs. As a mutual housing society, working together to design and implement solutions (co creation) is at the heart of how they do things.

They need someone who is able to hit the ground running and who has experience in a similar role. They are looking for someone with real leadership skills to drive this work forward and the managerial skills to get the best from team members.

By working together they provide better places for their members, tenants and employees to live and work. Drawing on the area?s rich co-operative heritage, their pioneering model places members at the heart of decision-making, allowing everyone to enjoy a sense of security and belonging in places they make great together.

The closing date for this role is noon on 27th November 2017.

They have an excellent benefits package and you will also have the opportunity to become a member of the UK's first tenant and employee co-owned mutual housing society, which means you have a chance to contribute to many of the decisions made!

Please note, interviews and assessment centres have been scheduled to take place on Friday 8th December 2017 and therefore candidates should keep this date free in their diaries to enable them to attend if short listed.
