Currently seeking an ambitious individual for a Digital Marketing Apprentice position with a dynamic company based in Camberley. The candidate will have at least 5 GCSE's (C and above) including Maths and English and excited to begin a Digital Marketing career.

Specific roles and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Roles & Responsibilities - Stage One

  • Provide general admin support as required
  • Document and administer in line with business systems and process
  • Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls
  • Gather office stationery requirements
  • Distribute post
  • Book couriers
  • Make sure that visitor parking bays are available when required
  • Ensure that meeting room and demo facilities are prepared and ready for use
  • Welcome visitors greeting and provide them with beverages
  • Assist with event organisation
  • Proof read documentation
  • Assist with travel bookings
  • Liaise with staff for timely submission of expenses, time sheets and any other centrally required documents
  • Escalate issues which arise during day-to-day activities
  • Report on progress of activities on a regular basis
  • Adhere to the company's policies at all times

Roles and Responsibilities - Stage Two

  • Assist with data entry and upkeep of the company's CRM system
  • Support the creation of PowerPoint presentations
  • Supporting the update of the company's Intranet
  • Creation of company newsletter
  • Support content creation
  • Support SEO efforts on key terms

Required Skills:

  • Motivated to learn new skills with a 'Can Do' attitude
  • An organised approach and excellent time management skills
  • Good communication skills including the ability to communicate with colleagues and visitors in a professional manner and a confident telephone manner
  • Technical competence in IT systems, especially Microsoft Office applications
  • Flexible and able to manage/prioritise a changing to do list
  • Able to work on your own initiative and meet deadlines as required
  • Willingness to work as part of a team to leverage successful outcomes for the company
  • A good level of English spelling and grammar as well as good numeracy skills
  • Well presented

Additional Information:

  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
