Exceptional role within a prestigious global brand for a well rounded IT Helpdesk and Support Analyst.


We're looking for someone with strong technical support skills gained within an IT Infrastructure or IT Support role. Technically you will have good 2nd line support and possibly 3rd line technical support skills with strong Microsoft windows knowledge on both the Windows Desktop and Windows Server side. Other skills that would be nice to have include a combination of apple mac technologies, Exchange, Active Directory, Blackberry and other mobile devices, as well as networking skills. Any knowledge of AV, digital projection, video conferencing, satellite, 3D and HD technologies are also desirable.


This role isn't just technical, you will be providing pc support and network support but will also manage 3rd party suppliers, run projects and contribute to the IT strategy regarding infrastructure technologies. The role will suit someone with a genuine interest in IT, capable of recognising innovative new technologies and recommending them for the business.

You must be able to demonstrate an understanding of ITIL processes and best practice, incident management, taking ownership of problems, responding quickly to problems and relationship management.
