My client a reputable and established chartered institute based in Central London is currently searching for a Digital Product Manager
To manage and support the ongoing development of digital solutions, including Drupal development, Web and CRM Integration.
Successful prioritisation and delivery of: Existing Development requirements , New Development requirements, Business cases for new projects, Requirements specifications and documentation
Implementation of a suitable Project Management framework for digital development
Working with key stakeholders to define the digital product strategy
Develop, prioritise and manage delivery of the organisation?s digital roadmap and backlog, including ongoing requirement gathering, working with multiple stakeholders and delivery partners.
Translating the organisation?s needs and requirements into high quality product specifications (e.g., flows, user stories, acceptance criteria etc.) for your development teams to implement. Acting as product owner through development.
Managing delivery of all changes to digital products and services, working with the business to define and implement effective adoption plans
Management of the technical environment / digital infrastructure and external support, recommending and implementing security improvements, planning upgrade path.
Define approach, operating model and delivery lifecycle for changes to digital services, including the distinction between BAU and project change, the model for in house vs outsourced delivery, and integration with the organisation?s project delivery and governance model
Knowledge and Experience Required
Project Management experience (ideally Prince2 practitioner)
Development within a digital team (Drupal7)
Digital Product Management
Hosted LAMP Infrastructure management
Software Development and web technologies
