PMO Manager - Glasgow - Financial Services We are looking for an experienced PMO Manager to join an established Financial Services Organisation in Glasgow. The PMO Manager will be responsible for implementing a suite of reports, governance frameworks and process and project documentation to drive standardization and support IT and Business Change Projects and programmes. Key Skills · Previous PMO Management experience · Excellent stakeholder relationship management and influencing skills · Excellent ability to manage, mentor and lead a small team · Strong attention to detail with the ability to deal with ambiguity · Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and SharePoint skills · Practitioner level Management of Portfolio qualification · Strong written & verbal communication skills · Strong experience in the use of project and portfolio management tools · Experience monitoring and maintaining project/programme risks, issues and dependencies · Experience of the full governance framework and that the standard processes are adhered to at each stage of the Change Lifecycle leading to the realisation of the strategic vision and value.
