Application Support Analyst - Due to internal promotions, we are looking to recruit a new team of 1st line Application Support Analyst's to work within the Support team providing software support and basic training to users of our in-house system.
Successful Application Support Analyst's would either have previous help desk support experience or Financial Services experience covering mortgages, pensions, protection and investments. If you're coming to us from an Application Support Analyst background we would expect you to have database understanding /awareness , Excel, SQL and any knowledge of 'Splunk' would be a distinct advantage.
