1st Line Support Engineer - Office / Field Based
Leatherhead, Surrey (with travel to customer sites throughout Leatherhead and the surrounding area)
Up to £25,000 DOE Plus Benefits including Performance Bonus, Pension, Perkbox Membership

Our client is an award-winning IT support and consultancy company that?s committed to utilising the latest technologies to benefit their customers.

They are now looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to provide remote and on-site technical support to customers.

As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will:

- Provide a first-class level of customer service
- Use a logical and proactive approach to resolve technical issues
- Ensure that customers are kept updated on the progress of their issues
- Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot technical issues and install computers

Interested? To be considered, you?ll need a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle. You will also need skills in the following:

- Microsoft Windows 7 and above
- Apple operating systems
- Microsoft Server administration
- Microsoft Office technologies
- General network troubleshooting and basic firewall configuration
- Basic hardware support (such as replacing hard disks, adding RAM and graphics cards)

Experience of working for a Managed Service Provider would be beneficial to your application.

Our client is eager to hear from individuals with experience as a 1st Line Support Engineer, IT Support Analyst, Technical Support Analyst, Technical Support Advisor, Service Desk Technician, Helpdesk Support Technician, Field Service Technician or IT Support Engineer.
