Senior IFA Support
Our client in Edinburgh, a Chartered Financial Planning Firm have an excellent opportunity for an experience IFA Administrator to join their busy and growing team. This is fantastic opportunity if you are already working within a Financial Support role and are looking to take on additional responsibility in your next career move working within a friendly and professional practise. Daily duties shall include; Day to day administration such as processing new business applications & chasing outstanding information Dealing with external companies as well as assisting the Financial Planners & Paraplanner Collating information for client meetings which may include suitability reports and product research Document management, ensure all compliance requirements are met and client's files include Fact Finds financial file notes are recorded and scanned as appropriate. Rebalancing portfolios and conducting fund switched on the SL Platform Administer existing client information, make necessary amendments surrounding policy updates and alterations Candidate requirements: Minimum of 2 year's experience working within a Financial Services Support role ideally within an IFA practise or with a Wealth Manager Excellent organisation and communication skills with the ability to manage own workloads A sound knowledge of Standard Life Platform systems In return you will be given a rare role as a valued part of the practice, working within a warm and friendly yet professional office.
