The role will be based within the System Management Team which is part of Service Design & Change of our banking client. The team support infrastructure event monitoring & alerting, application performance management services and the IT Service Management application. The core aspect of your role is: * Daily administration and technical support of the IT Service Management Application * Analyse system, business and data processing issues as required to recommend improvements & design solutions * Build & maintain forms, customisation, workflow and integration capabilities * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties in order to provide excellent customer service We need you to have… * Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes * Practical hands-on experience of supporting & maintaining an ITSM application, e.g. Remedy, ServiceNow, Peregrine etc. * Proven IT Service Management experience in requirements capture, design and configuration across all ITSM processes , including: Incident Management; Problem Management; Change Management; Service Request Management & Configuration Management * Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills to influence and drive change * Exceptional communication skills * Exposure to risk and control concepts In return you will recieve: * A competitive salary * 25 days holiday PLUS public holidays, and if that's not enough, you have the option to buy even more! * An excellent pension scheme/flexible benefits Please send your updated CV on the first instance
