IT Infrastructure Technical Support / 24/7 / 2nd Line / Windows
£25K + £6K bonus + benefits
My client seeks an individual with experience within a WAN / Server environment with a strong IT Infrastructure background for the role of IT Infrastructure Technical Support / 24/7 / 2nd Line / Windows Server.
As expected with a role of this nature, candidates will be flexible with the ability to work both day and night shifts on a 24/7 basis. Candidates will be able to remotely diagnose and repair faults with customer systems using remote access software. Candidates should be able to deal with customer calls, and update the service desk system whilst maintaining a high quality of service.
Candidates will have experience in Microsoft Exchange, VPN's, Firewall / Routers, Hyper-V, VMware and troubleshooting.
Any relevant Microsoft accreditations would be beneficial but not essential.
