Change Manager Responsibilities

  • Liaising with Senior Stakeholders and Maintaining Strong Relationships
  • Large enterprise environment experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Previous experience in Organisation Change Management.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement
  • Estimate, capacity plan and schedule change work
  • Manage the tactical plan on an ongoing basis
  • Execute change plans to support the achievement of program outcomes
  • Create high quality change content for delivery to internal and external stakeholders
  • Communication plan development

The Candidate

  • Experience utilising change management methodologies
  • Experience in delivering large scale change initiatives in complex environments
  • A consultative approach with strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • A background in project management or business analysis
  • Ability to exercise good judgment within broadly-defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including skills in developing and delivering presentations for audiences of all levels of business
