NFA Group is a high-quality provider of children?s services across fostering, education and residential care. The group has recently completed a major acquisition and is in the process of creating a new combined central IT team.

Leading the internal IT Service Desk Team you will be responsible for receiving and handling incidents and service requests, including starters and leavers. You will allocate calls and manage workload to ensure that agreed service levels are met. Plus you will monitor the IT service desk performance across the group (including external service desk providers) and seek ways to improve both efficiency and customer service. You will also draw up and maintain policies, standards and procedures for the IT Service Desk.

Good and effective working relationships are a must, with both internal teams and third parties.

You will have a degree or equivalent IT qualification and experience working within a IT Service Desk Team. You will have experience of analysing and interpreting complex data and of producing high quality information and reports. This is a busy role and you will need to be able to work calmly under pressure, prioritise a busy workload and meet tight deadlines.
