Position: Junior Pensions Manager Function: Pensions Location: Glasgow City Centre ABOUT THE ROLE Centralus is an innovative, fast-moving organization, that helps it’s clients grow their business beyond expectations. We are looking to recruit a Junior Pensions Manager for our Glasgow city Centre office on a permanent, full time basis. This is a Business Development role, of which the primary function will be to shadow the existing Pension Manager with the aim of developing the candidates career progression to the role of Pension Manager. The role entails managing client pension schemes, building strong relationships & value. For both the firm and the client. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 2-3 years of previous experience working within workplace pensions. Liaising with both external and internal stakeholders Processing and implementing new & existing schemes Keeping up to date with pensions and investments market Maintain the integrity of client and employee data Proactively monitor processes to maintain high level of accuracy and consistency. Ensure all objectives are met in a timely manner Build strong intercompany relationships with other colleagues KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS Self-motivated Highly Organized Attention to detail Professional & articulate Great communication and listening skills Reporting skills Ability to close tasks and take ownership for delivering teams objectives Flexible ABOUT THE ORGANISATION We Innovate Employment!
