We require an Applications Support Analyst for an initial 3 month contract role based on a Client site in Durham to start asap...
Please be advised this role will be in scope of IR35.

Role Overview:
To be responsible for providing both application development and support for administrative applications.
The role will involve liaising with a number of different stakeholder groups as well as other IT staff.

Essential skills/experience required:
Significant experience developing, supporting and maintaining MS Dynamics application and components.
Knowledge of Oracle or SQL Server relational databases and programming using PL/SQL or TSQL.
Building CRM forms, screens and views as well as work flows and reports.

Desirable would be any of the following:
Oracle forms and reports (10g and above)
.Net, C#, Java, JavaScript (Angular), XML, JDBC
Unix, Linux OS including shell scripting
ITIL Foundation

To be responsible for the configuration, development , support and maintenance of their applications area.
Act as a 3rd line support for the staff and IT users to provide support and resolve incidents and problems.
To be responsible for the development and support of the Client's information systems
Work with a team of developers or project teams to identify and prioritise business needs and ensure delivery of appropriates system solutions.
Assist in the scoping and planning of changes and upgrades.
You will be providing services and expertise relating to the development of software applications used by the Client which includes but is not limited to a records system, timetabling and scheduling systems.
