Roc Search's client is currently recruiting for a Senior JavaScript Developer to be based in The Hague, Netherlands. This is either a permanent or a contract opportunity.

Role

We are looking for a senior JavaScript developer to join one of our client's multi-disciplinary web and mobile development teams and work within the financial services. You would be part of a scrum team and will work day to day with experienced designers, developers and testers. The project is focussed around bringing customer experience to the next level in a high performance agile environment. You will work together with creative designers, architects, web and mobile developers and work on different kinds of technologies and products. We are helping our client move from a traditional corporate culture to a digital culture.

Experience needed

  • Angular (4+)/TypeScript and Node.JS are mandatory
  • Experience with web services integration and best practices for API design
  • Strong knowledge in implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
  • Experience in Unit testing frameworks like Jasmine, Protractor, Karma
  • Experience with BDD testing with Cucumber or similar (Codecept)
  • Knowledge on HTML5, CSS3, CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less) and Task runners (Gulp/Grunt/Webpack)
  • Bamboo for Integration and release management/deployment, GIT code Management
  • Knowledge and experience RxJS is a big plus
  • Knowledge and experience of AWS (Amazon Web Services) is a big plus
  • Knowledge on OWASP principles is a big plus

Location: The Hague, Netherlands.

Salary/Rate: Negotiable.
