Position - Application Support Analyst
Location - Ipswich
Salary range - 20K - 24K

Our Key Client in Ipswich are looking for an experienced, confident Application Support Engineer to join their growing successful business.

Key responsibilities:

Provide 2nd line support for all my client's applications including both internally developed and third party sourced solutions.

Assist with providing 2nd line support of all IT infrastructure.

Liaise with 1st and 3rd line support staff in the resolution of support requests, escalating to wider scope Corporate IT teams where appropriate.

Assist Business Analysts with application feature reviews and change specifications.

Create and maintain technical documentation for all my Client's applications.

Ensure that IT systems adhere to availability, performance and data integrity SLAs.

Contribute to documentation of infrastructure systems.

Technical expertise needed:

Deployment, configuration and support of Microsoft desktop operating systems and applications including Windows 7 - 10 and Office 2010-2016.

Intermediate scripting in languages such as: BAT, VBScript and Powershell.

Experience using front-end web development languages such as HTML5, Javascript and JQuery.

Intermediate querying of MS SQL Server, including T-SQL, SSIS and SSRS.
