The main responsibility for the Branch Manager is to achieve agreed individual and team sales targets within set timescales, through pro-active measures. This will involve active management of the team as well as being personally targeted on individual sales and sales of the branch as a whole. Alongside this, you will be expected to be the business representative in the locality and apply this proactively towards recruiting new customers and retaining existing customers. You will lead and motivate the team within the branch to create a positive working environment where staff are able to achieve and exceed business objectives through application of all the relevant tools.
Through your links to the local community, you will be encouraged to hold open events to generate new custom, as well as attending local networking events to raise the profile of the branch Alongside this, you will undertake general administration and operation of the branch including security of premises and staff.
