We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to work for one of our clients based in Penshaw, Houghton Le Spring. Here you will be responsible for the review and coordination of planned power cuts. This is a temporary position until the end of March 2017, working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm.

Please note this position does require a candidate who has advanced Excel experience. Should you not have this level of experience your application will not be considered.

Skills/Main Competencies:

- Advanced user of Excel (VLOOKUP and Formulas)
- Proficient in use of Word, Outlook, Powerpoint
- Experience of working off multiple systems
- Good communications skills
- Self-motivated, with ability to work on own initiative
- Team player

The role:

- Review and coordination of planned outages on a daily basis to include contact with the responsible person(s) internal and external that the outage took place and the details associated with it
- Act as a point of contact for changes, updates and enquiries within planned power cuts
- Coordination of the CRM shrouding web portal, processing enquiries with the service provider and Customer Contact Centre
- Provision of shrouding scheme quotations to customers
- Supports Engineers in terms of CRM operation and customer call backs
- Administration of contractor applications for payment
- Assist in the preparation of contractor work packs
- Inputting data
- Run a variety of reports
- Support compilation of weekly reports
- Ad-hoc meetings as may be required (both internal & external attendees present)
- Provide support to Programme Delivery Management team as required
