We are recruiting exclusively on behalf of a client who is looking for Business Analyst's to join their expanding team. Based at our client's site in Edinburgh, you will be required to work across multiple projects, to produce requirement deliverables on small to medium sized projects with various delivery platforms and methodologies. You will also be provided to produce the requirements deliverables on work steams for larger projects. You will be required to engage in the formal review of project deliverables to ensure they meet the needs of the client, while also actively managing and resolving risks/issues/changes relating to the analysis of the program of work. You will also have experience in business operational processes and systems, with the ability to understand and solve complex business issues and understand the impact on the business of proposed solutions. It is also essential that you have Life and Pensions or Financial Services experience. It is essential that you have knowledge of project and programme management lifecycles and know how to get to the heart of the business requirements and get stakeholder buy in to them.
