This role is based within the Enterprise Management Team which is part of Service Design & Change of a Scottish Bank going through major change, with the main focus being on digital and technology. The team manage and support infrastructure and application event monitoring & alerting platforms, capacity planning, IT Service Management and capacity planning toolsets. The focus of the role will be technical lead for IT Service Management and systems monitoring technologies across the bank. If you are looking for a change/new challenge, we would be keen to speak to you about the role if you have the follwing backgroud: Experience of technical lead Thorough understanding of IT Service management & systems monitoring stacks Industry experience of managing & supporting service management and systems monitoring toolsets Strong knowledge and experience of monitoring on Windows and UNIX/LINUX platforms Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills to influence and drive change Knowledge of or experience with following would be a bonus: ServiceNow toolset or similar Infrastructure event monitoring and associated toolsets - e.g. BMC products, Nagios, SCOM Application Performance Management toolsets, e.g. AppDynamic Capacity Planning toolsets - e.g. Sumerian, BMC Product Sets In return you will reciecve: * A competitive salary * 30 days holiday PLUS public holidays * Excellent pension and share save scheme To have a chat about this role, please send your CV on the first instance.
