I am currently looking for a Technical Specialist to join a financial services client in Clydebank. The role will be based within the System Management Team which is part of the Service Design & Change department. This team support infrastructure event monitoring & alerting, application performance management services and the IT Service Management application. The core aspect of your role will be, * Daily administration and technical support of the IT Service Management Application * Analyse system, business and data processing issues as required to recommend improvements & design solutions * Build & maintain forms, customisation, workflow and integration capabilities * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties in order to provide excellent customer service In order to be successful in the role candidates need to have, * Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes * Practical hands-on experience of supporting & maintaining an ITSM application, e.g. Remedy, Service Now, Peregrine * Proven IT Service Management experience in requirements capture, design and configuration across all ITSM processes , including: Incident Management; Problem Management; Change Management; Service Request Management & Configuration Management * Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills to influence and drive change * Exceptional communication skills * Exposure to risk and control concepts If you would like to find out more, then please send across an up-to-date CV at your earliest convenience
