Accounts Junior / Assistant - Media, Film, TV & Creative Clients
Are you an AAT level 3 or 4 Accounts Junior / Accounts Assistant / Accounts Trainee from a practice background with between 6 and 12 months experience looking to upgrade to a London based practice that specialises in working with high profile media, Film & TV, creative, sport and entertainment clients? Would you like the opportunity to work with many established and up and coming clients, as well as some very interesting start-up businesses? If so, this niche accountancy practice firm in a prime location in the South West part of Central London is looking to recruit a new member of staff due to impressive growth over the last few years. Your role will be varied, and will include preparing bookkeeping assignments for high profile clients, preparation of statutory accounts and ad hoc management accounts for clients, VAT returns, basic tax returns and various reports, analysis and business management assignments for a wide range of very interesting clients. Your role will be varied and challenging, and training will be provided where necessary.
To be considered for this new role it is likely you will be at level 3 or 4 of your AAT, or maybe taken one or two ACCA papers. You must have at least 6 months of experience working for a UK based practice firm, and have experience of bookkeeping and Vat returns, preparation of accounts would be a bonus but not essential. Experience of a wide range of software packages, including sage and Xero, would be an advantage. Experience of, or a strong interest in music, media and Film & TV clients is essential. You must now be looking to upgrade to a niche practice where you can continue with your accountancy career, work on an interesting client base and progress in the future.
