Newly Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Finance Manager

Your new company
An amazing opportunity has arisen to work for an internationally recognised organisation, whose clients include large blue chip businesses. The company is rapidly growing and they would now like an ambitious and commercially minded Finance Manager to join their busy Finance department. You will be based in West London and working along side professional and friendly individuals. You will have transport links just a short distance from your new offices.

Your new role
Your new role will be to prepare the Monthly management and financial accounts, You will report directly to the Financial Controller and work with them to ensure the efficient management of the team and Finance function. You will be in charge of making sure that all deadlines are met. You will have two direct reports to aide with preparation of some of the duties. You will be responsible for reviewing month end reconciliations which will be prepared by your two direct reports it will be up to you to resolve any discrepancies to ensure accuracy and raise any issues that may arise. You will be preparing profit and loss analysis and the cash flow forecast. It will be your duty to prepare the audits whilst liaising with the auditors during the audit process. It will also be your responsibility to prepare the FRS102 revenue as well as the Trial Balance and the balance sheets. You will be reviewing payments on a weekly basis making sure all is correct. Your role will be a crucial role in the day to day running of the Finance department.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
  • Experience working with TAX + VAT
  • FRS102 preparation
  • Cash flow forecasts
  • Balance sheet schedules
  • Experience working with Audit preparation and dealing with auditors
  • The ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
