End User Support Analyst - 1st Line - Sheffield

Desktop/1st Line/Service Desk/Support/Software/Hardware/Infrastructure/Mobile/Encryption/iOS

End User Support Analyst required for a leading client based in Sheffield. You will be responsible diagnosing and resolving desktop and local infrastructure problems remotely. You will be required to maintain end user workstations, configure mobile devices, reconfigure systems and liaise with 3rd party support and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities of the role
  • Analysis and resolution of desktop problems as they come through to the Service Desk
  • Installation, testing and maintenance of end user workstations including software required to deliver SLAs
  • Configuration and maintenance of mobiles and tablets
  • Timely responses of Service Desk requests and completion of move, addition and change requests as necessary
  • Monitoring and testing of fixes to ensure problem resolution

Key Skills of the role
  • Strong application support experience
  • Good technical knowledge of PC & Apple hardware/software
  • Hands on hardware troubleshooting experience
  • Knowledge and experience of encryption software and Antivirus products
  • Clear written and verbal communication.

Our client is offering up to £19,500 for this position depending on experience
