An established business in Newcastle that is well recognised within its industry is recruiting a permanent Credit Controller to join their team. They have excellent links to public transport and a rewarding and excellent benefit package.
Your new role
You will be managing you own portfolio of accounts where you will be chasing by phone, email and letter along with maintaining the ledger and instructing and following up on legal proceedings. You will be also be involved in the monthly reporting and other ad-hoc duties.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you must have excellent customer service and organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Previous Credit Control/Collections experience would be an advantage.
