Test Manager

As a Barclays Test Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all demand into UK Digital Banking which requires business user acceptance testing (UAT) effort is fully tested in line with the defined strategy. You will be part of the Omni Channel and Customer Experience team (OC&CE), which has approximately 20,000 colleagues located at sites throughout the UK and globally, serving 24 million customers. You'll be joining a team who are passionate about delivering the right solution at the right place and the right time, whether that is in a branch, on the telephone or via a digital channel.

As a Test Manager, your main responsibilities will involve:
* Responsibility for documenting test plans for new, and enhancements of, features across the digital estate
* Responsibility for engagement with program/project teams on all user acceptance testing (UAT) related engagement
* Responsibility for the end to end delivery of projects within UK digital user acceptance activities
* Overall responsibility for quality and governance for all deliverables
* Stakeholder management across the entire delivery chain

As a Test Manager, your skills and qualifications will include:
* Formal testing qualifications (i.e. ISEB / ISTQB) or equivalent
* Experience of working with digital banking products
* Being able to matrix manage and influence decision making
* The ability to cope under pressure, managing a wide range of priorities with multiple objectives
* Being a highly effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
