I'm currently working with an exceptional IT company who have introduced their brilliant management platform into companies all over the world. Due to their success they are in need of an Application Support individual to guide and manage their support team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company where you will have real input and the opportunity to change internal processes within support for the better.

You need to be a professional and amicable person who is looking for a step up with a lot of responsibility. You will be responsible for working closely with your support team as well as your clients and providing them with exceptional customer service. You must have impeccable communication skills and an understanding of platform technology.

For this Application Support role you must have previous experience within a similar role in a tech environment with a lot of client-facing responsibility. You need to be able to on-board clients and build/maintain relationships. You need to have proven problem-solving skills and show initiative.

The company are offering between £55,000 and £70,000 per annum plus benefits for this Application Support role.
