Software Developer (C#/MVC) Bristol Area up to £40,000 + Benefits A software developer with skills in C#, MVC and any entity knowledge is required to join a growing team in a leading software house that are regarded as a `trail-blazer` in their field. If you are a developer (with a knowledge of either VB or C#) and looking to work with a company that will quickly progress your skill set then we highly recommend getting in touch; they have recently moved into new office space in Longwell Green (just outside Bristol) and have already hired mid and senior level developers for the team. The successful candidate will work on a brand new project within small, supportive development teams, involved in the conception, development and support of bespoke software solutions. Above all, as a software developer joining this team you will need to have a high aptitude and drive, as well as an ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly. Other requirements within this role will be to- - Write quality, well-engineered, unit tested, maintainable and readable code. - Learn how to implement unit tests and follow wherever possible a TDD approach. - Participate in product and architecture development and design. - Perform code reviews The successful software developer must be able to comprehend complex issues and pro-actively propose solutions. The working environment is very dynamic, requiring constant updating of knowledge in both the technical and procedural aspects of the job the company support developers who wish to enhance their knowledge by gaining MCP status.
