Service Desk Analyst - Cambridge

The CPS Group are currently working with an interesting company that is going through a period of growth. The client is committed to delivering excellent customer service and are looking to expand their services monthly.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a service desk environment and you will need to possess an extremely high level of attention to detail. This role will provide exposure to many different technical areas and opportunities to get involved in all areas of the company. There will also be opportunities for some project work.

Technical skills;

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for ICT documentation
*1 year + service desk experience (or similar)
*Understanding of the following technologies;
-Windows 7/10
-Apple IOS
-Server 12/16

*Training delivery experience
*Microsoft Certification MCITP or MCSE
*Understanding of ITIL
*2 years + IT support experience of both users and infrastructure
*Exposure to any of the following technologies would be advantageous;
-MSFT Skype of alternative communication platform
-MSFT SharePoint Online
-MSFT Dynamics CRM Online
-MSFT Exchange Online
-Apple Mac IOS
-AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Management
