IT Trainer/Teacher Worcester £30-35k

My client, a Market Leading company based in Worcester has created a new opportunity for an IT Trainer to join their technical team who is able to design and deliver course material to their expanding client base.

The ideal candidate will be coming from a technical role who is looking to move away from being hands-on, and who wishes to share their knowledge and develop the next generation of IT Professionals.

Previous experience performing in a similar capacity isn't necessary as full training and support will be provided, but the successful candidate will be degree educated, confident, supportive and passionate about the IT industry.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-house and on-site training following core syllabus
  • Contribute to the development of new training plans
  • Develop & maintain training materials, curriculum and documentation
  • Liaise with the client to establish requirements
  • Ensure that any training related issues are addressed as quickly and efficiently as possible

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Windows Operating Systems including networking, Server technologies and virtualisation
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy to understand instructions
  • Previous experience creating user manuals and technical documentation desirable
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Ability to establish working relationships quickly and effectively
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
