Application Support Analyst - Soho (London)

My client are an award winning software company, providing leading customer engagement platforms from their vibrant offices in the heart of Soho, London.

They’re seeking an Application Support Analyst to support their bespoke Cloud / SAAS / Web based products with clients based across the United States and UK!

As an Application Support Analyst you will...

Work to a 3rd line / senior level, you’ll be confident in Microsoft Windows and Linux systems and working with multiple browsers / web technologies. Some coding knowledge in JavaScript, Java, JSON etc. would be handy too!

You'll have a background in supporting bespoke software applications - maybe at a software house, SAAS or similar cloud technology product based company.

A thorough background in application support is paramount, but further knowledge of how operating systems, networks, servers, databases etc. interact with software products is also critical - knowledge of API / integration would also be useful.

Key Skills:

  • Experience as an Application Support Analyst - ideally with bespoke applications within a smaller software house environment or similar.
  • SAAS, Cloud Computing, Web based applications, Client Server Apps - all useful.
  • A thorough understanding of Windows / Linux Operating Systems (Mac OS also welcome!), multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge etc.) and remote access technologies.

Desired Skills:

  • Some coding experience in JavaScript, Java, JSON etc.
  • Suitable certifications (A+, MCSE, AWS) also welcome!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident under pressure and able to deal well with customers.
