2nd Line Support Engineer - Excellent Training & Progression

A growing Microsoft Gold Partner in Bristol is looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their growing, collaborative IT team.

The successful candidate will receive fully funded training and genuine career progression opportunities within a growing Microsoft Gold Partner plus a great salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Be the 2nd line escalation point customers/colleagues and resolve these issues via the phone, email or on-site.
- Monitor the network infrastructure and proactively resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues professionally within the agreed SLA's.
- Escalate issues to 3rd Line Analysts when required.

Experience/understanding of the following technologies:
- Microsoft Windows Servers 2003, 2008, 2012
- VMware and/or Hyper-V
- Office 365
