C#, .Net, React, Redux, BDD, Angular 2, Kafka, MongoDB, SQL, TDD, Agile, Scrum - An Investment Management firm are looking for a technical team lead who possesses the technical aptitude and experience to deliver elegant solutions to our business users.

You'll be leading a team working on the firms next generation trade information repository, designed from the ground up as the corner stone of their MiFID II technical solution. The system interfaces with internal and third party systems to construct a representation of a trade as it progresses through the stages of its lifecycle. This trade information is then used by the system and other company systems to meet their MiFID II obligations around Best Execution, Trade Cost Analysis, Dealing Commissions, Order Record Keeping, Trade Reporting, and Transaction Reporting.

Throughout your employment you will have the opportunity to work across projects typically focussed around new supporting new market opportunities, improving process efficiency, reducing operational risk, further enhancing the scalability of our platform, and supporting regulatory changes.

Technical Skills:
*Expert C# .Net (4.5 and above)
*Solution architecture experience and familiarity with enterprise design patterns
*Technical lead experience for teams 5-10
*Experience leading distributed teams
*Specflow / BDD
*React / Redux or Angular 2 experience
*MongoDB or similar
*Kafka or similar
*Akka.Net (desirable)
*Able to construct high quality UI components

Business Skills (highly desirable)
*A sound understanding of financial markets and instruments.
*Front office systems experience with at least one major vendor OMS.
*Strong working knowledge of the FIX protocol.
*A broad understanding of market exchanges and other trading venues.
