1st Line Support / Service Desk Analyst
My dynamic Client is urgently recruiting for a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer to provide 1st point of contact for my clients' customer base via telephone or email. There are multiple Vacancies for sites in Reading and High Wycombe.
The chosen candidate must have an excellent telephone manner, it is also essential to have good written and spoken English language skills.
The role will include call logging, escalation and complete ownership of the clients it Issues through to resolutions making sure SLA's are met.
I am looking for the right candidate to have the following software skills and IT knowledge;
- Microsoft Office Suite
Exposure to IT security products would be a distinct advantage.
It would also be advantageous to be able to drive and hold a clean driving license as it may be required for you to attend customer sites on occasion.
