Our client is looking for a Marketing Executive to join their award winning team based in Caerphilly.

This exciting role will support the delivery of marketing communications and advertising across a wide range of channels including our websites, email, social media, PR, events and sponsorships, as well as the delivery of competitor and insight-driven reports, and management of administrative duties.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in both offline and online marketing activities, including analytics and reporting, and will be passionate about learning in a fast-paced environment.

This challenging and varied role includes:

* Supporting the delivery of channel activity across our websites, email, social media, PR, events, and sponsorships.
* Managing marketing agencies to create online and offline communications including campaign collateral, digital assets, and content pieces.
* Managing support requests from the business including newsletters, customer communication packs, and presentations.
* Production of monthly reports including market and competitor insights, and analytics on channel performance including websites, SEO, and social media.
* Production of project plans for marketing activities.
* Use of content management system (CMS) to upload new content as well as maintain existing content and imagery.
* Co-ordination and distribution of incoming sales leads and inquiries into the relevant business functions.
* Invoicing and purchase order management on finance system.
* Other daily duties including the production of meeting minutes and management of hard and soft filing systems.

The candidate:

We are looking for someone who has

* Experience in digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
* Ambition and a passion for marketing.
* Creative skills with the ability to contribute new and innovative ideas.
* Exceptional time management skills and is confident to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
* High attention to detail.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Salary: £18-£23k
