Payroll Speicalist (Outsourcing)
This is a newly created role for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a new team that will manage the payroll service provision of an HCM product for a global client. The key responsibilities of the role are: • Ensuring all aspects of the payroll cycle, including tax, benefits, etc. are processed, reconciled, audited and transmitted accurately and on time • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll impacting changes, payments and payroll processing for assigned clients • Taking ownership of Quality control and auditing to ensure accuracy and low error or defect percentage • Working with cross-functional internal partners to resolve client payroll matters and employee enquiries • Interacting with North American Team providing ongoing daily support and subject matter expertise • Providing HR/Payroll support services to clients per contract, government compliance and business needs • Managing client and employee related queries ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and timely • Proactively manage quarter and year-end payroll auditing Ideally the individual in this role will have: • Experience in dealing with high volume payroll (circa 3,000) for UK customer employees • Experience in the payroll outsourcing or consulting industry preferred • A clear understanding of payroll, RTI and an understanding of applicable legislative requirements • CIPP Payroll technician qualification This is a very rare chance to join an exciting new venture of an already incredibly successful company who can provide you with the chance to work with cutting edge technology, impressive opportunities for career development and a defined focus on work-life balance.
