The primary purpose of this role is to assist the Senior Marketing Consultant and Head of Marketing in managing all aspects of marketing across all business areas in the UK within the context of the overall global divisional marketing plan. More specifically, the role will focus on brand management, digital projects and the development and maintenance of marketing materials. Key responsibilities The role involves: * Working alongside the Senior Marketing Consultant to ensure effective implementation of branding, digital projects, marketing materials and copywriting * Assisting in the production of marketing materials including presentations, brochures and fact sheets and video and intranet content * Liaising with staff to identify and understand key business development opportunities and develop materials to support their initiatives * Managing external design agencies, from brief to production, producing copy and campaigns and ensuring cost and time efficiency on all marketing projects * Specialist marketing administrative support (project management, marketing budget, third party agency management) * Proof-reading and content generation * Assisting in the creation and execution of internal and external email marketing campaigns (newsletter, internal communications) * Liaising with central brand, legal and compliance functions in Madrid and the UK to ensure appropriate application of the brand where required and sense checking all client material * Ad hoc support of all Marketing activity in the division Knowledge, experience, behaviours and specific qualifications Essential * Knowledge and experience of marketing activities in a professional environment * Exceptional attention to detail and ability to take responsibility for projects * Ability to manage the end to end process on multiple marketing projects simultaneously and set clear priorities * MI reporting experience attention to detail key * Excellent planning and organisational skills * Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills * Ability to demonstrate initiative and adaptability * Excellent writing and communications skills * Previous copywriting experience * Previous marketing experience, minimum two years * Corporate business experience and understanding of high-level stakeholders * Ability to motivate and encourage teamwork/collaboration * Marketing degree or equivalent * Good understanding of digital marketing through social media (i.e. LinkedIn). * High-energy and a good team player Desirable * CIM qualification * Digital marketing experience * Understanding of financial sector and the underlying compliance and regulations * Experience with Adobe suite, InDesign and Photoshop in particular * Experience in email marketing software (Dotmailer) * CRM management (Salesforce) Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
