Hudson require a highly motivated and talented Senior Business Analyst to join our high profile Glasgow based client.. As Senior Business Analyst you will work closely with more junior team members/partner resources to ensure they have the necessary support to deliver to the quality required You will engage with stakeholders to build strong working relationships, plan and manage the business analysis approach, apply analytical techniques, gather detailed requirements and designs from high level features, analyse the business impact of these requirements and ensure that the business is ready and prepared for the change. You will also be involved in process improvement. Essential Strong Business Analysis/Business Readiness experience Strong Stakeholder management skills - support and influence key business and technical stakeholders Project change agile and waterfall methodologies Usage of supporting tools across business/technology project disciplines, including a working knowledge of Design/Build/Test and Implementation phases of the project lifecycle. An understanding of the Business Analysis competency. First class inter-personal skills, coupled with strong influencing abilities You must have previous experience working as a Business Analyst within an IT or Business Change programme Be a self-starter, well organised and able to work independently on complex tasks and deliver high quality results Ability to act as a champion for change Ability to work in a fast paced change environment An understanding of Retail Banking or Finance organisations, regulatory framework and processes are highly desirable Please note you will receive an automated response advising you that we have received your CV.
