My client, a global investment bank based in London, is looking to recruit a brand new team to work on an Agile digital transformation programme which is looking at improving the end to end onboarding process of investment banking clients and enhance the banks customer experience in general. The first phase of the project will revolve around discovery and strategy in regards to creating a digital clientfacing solution which is more convenient than the current manual onboarding process in place.

Banking experience is not necessarily a prerequisite the most important thing is the experience of working on largescale digital transformation programmes from scratch, ideally in an Agile environment, and the need for creative, selfthinking individuals who have the ability to challenge existing processes and work with minimal assistance and direction.
