Service Desk Analyst
An excellent opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst who has 1-2 years? experience has arisen in Peterborough.
You will be providing 1st / 2nd line support to users within the business on any hardware and software issues, you will ensure technical issues and incidents are dealt with or escalated as you will be first point of contact.
You will have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Active Directory. Any experience within configuration, networking and exchange is also highly desirable.
