This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a forward business based in Edinburgh. This is a 12 month fixed term contract and will provide an opportunity for an experienced finance assistant to further their skills and experience. Working as part of a large team as a Finance assistant, you will cover a range of responsibilities. You will be responsible for maintaining the purchase and sales ledgers, bank reconciliations, processing financial transactions, creating PO numbers, arranging meetings for senior management, ordering stationary and assisting with various ad hoc administrative duties as and when required. To be considered for this role, you will be a strong Finance assistant who has a background working within a fast paced environment. You will be IT literate and must have excellent communication skills. You will be comfortable working on your own as well as in a team and providing administrative support to the wider team as and when required.
