Person specification - Psychology Graduate
For this exciting Teaching Assistant role you must have achieved at least a 2:1 in your Psychology related degree. School experience is not essential, as long as you have worked with SEN previously and feel you have transferable skills. This role requires good communication skills and a resilient personality! You must be excited about working closely with children to enhance their learning experience.

About the Role - SEN Teaching Assistant
In this exciting role you will be an integral part of the schools SEN team supporting the dedicated SENCO. You will support children who have specific learning and behaviour plans, and you will help them achieve their goals on a 1:1 or small group basis. You will be key to the schools intervention strategy to ensure the best possible learning outcomes.
