Finance Administrator - Temporary Position
Stafffinders are looking for a temporary Finance Administrator to join our client in Glasgow. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a financial environment. There is a temporary position until December 2017. The client would like the candidate to start ASAP. Duties of the Finance Administrator Include: Process all purchase invoices and expense claims through the system Ensuring invoices are authorised in accordance with authority limits Code invoices to the relevant department. Process all sales invoices as requested and post out. File invoices in relevant folder. Mark up sales invoice payments and transfer invoice to paid sales invoice folder. Ensure payments received are recorded and banked appropriately. Allocate payment in system. Provide details of all financial information to departments on request.
