Which is where you come in.

We are moving to significantly expand our buying and merchandising team and are looking for individuals to join us at a recruitment consultant level with the aim of driving this expansion. The role will be heavily based around developing this division in the company with a focus on recruiting for all head office based roles.

You will not only support our account management teams on key client relationships by identifying, interviewing and presenting candidates against client requirements but also develop a great understanding of those client needs and be able to source, select and manage candidates against the brief, working closely with the team around you.

This role could be for you if you have experience working in the retail sales sector and are looking for a change or already have recruitment experience and wish to seek a new challenge.

If you haven't had any recruitment experience, then don't worry as we provide excellent induction training. You will however, be at ease in a fast-moving sales environment which is target driven yet very supportive, where you will ultimately be responsible for your own performance and rewards.
