A well-known charity are on the look out for a service desk analyst, to provide 1st/ 2nd line IT support. They are looking for someone who has experience supporting a Retail POS end user environment, as well as offering support of mobile/home workers.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Windows OS (XP/Win 7)
- MS Office suite of Applications (2010 and above)
- LAN/WAN Networking essentials
- Administration of Users within Active Directory
- Remote Support Tools (i.e. VNC, RDP)
- Internet connectivity fault finding
